Eligible for Exchange or Replacement

You may request an exchange if:

• You received the wrong product.
• You received a damaged product.
• The product was damaged during shipping.

Return Conditions

• Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
